Never having had my ducts cleaned before, I was a bit hesitant to bring someone out to clean them. That being said, I am very pleased with the work that was done and plan on bring him back one every other year.Sean is a great guy. He did a good job at explaining the entire process to me and why it is necessary. He also stuck to his quoted price which is a big ask now-a-days. Sean came and serviced our home. We bought the 100 year old house a little over a year ago. The vents prob hadn't been clean in 100 yrs. We live bicoastally so every-time I'd come to this house, I was experiencing severe allergies and asthma symptoms. Finally on my last trip out to Ohio i decided to have Hepaclean come out. My goodness, I am so pleased with the job they did. My ducts where so dirty I could smell them 2 feet away with no heat on. Now I can't smell anything. They went the extra mile. They are also very informative. Was able to understand where the smell came from and future prevention. I will %100 recommend this company ( and I almost never give 5 stars) . ⭐⭐⭐⭐?Service: Deep clean
