“Edgar was my technician. I was hoping the existing thermostat could be fixed but he explain what the problem was and why I needed a new one. I understood completely the way he explained it and he installed a non-programmable which I love and showed me how to work it which is very easy and just really put me at ease! I'm by myself and don't want to have to worry about these things and he took the worry out of it! He also explained that even though I change my furnace filter very often, I need to do it every 30 days and told me what rating of the filter to get! Edgar was very professional thorough, friendly and quick! I highly recommend Kimmel!!“
