What can I say about Aaron Novak! Anytime we have needed him, he is always available. This last issue was not different. We had an issue with our air conditioning not cooling the house. We called him at 7am and he was at our house 11am. Unfortunate the air started working and he wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. Aaron left for lunch and came back and all was working great still. He did order a part just in case we had the issue again and had a feeling if it quit again it probably needed replaced. Sure enough by 1:30pm the air quit again. He was out Monday morning when the new part came in. Aaron is professional, down to earth and explains in detail what he’s doing. Call Novak Heating and Cooling when the time comes, you won’t be sorry.
Three mini splits not working for the last year. Novak was fast at diagnosing the problem and fixing them in an hour. They were very professional. and very reasonable. Recommend them for all HVAC work.
