Uncle Joe’s Heating and Cooling is fantastic. Two gentlemen came to fix the AC and were very professional and knowledgeable, and got it done very quickly. The response time was very quick, and they promptly got the air conditioner working when it was 95 outside. The tech quickly identified the problem and knew exactly what to do. The work and customer service were phenomenal, outstanding from the moment of calling to completion. They are the go-to choice for service and installs, with great service, great staff, and great prices. The AC quit working on a hot day, and they got the schedule quick, explained exactly what was wrong without trying to sell something unneeded, and had everything fixed the same day. The price was fair, communication was excellent, and everything worked exactly as promised. They are honest and actually do what they say.
