We had been calling Bars with our HVAC issues, which is now a part of Heart of Ohio/Haven. When our air conditioning unit was not longer cooling, my husband called for service. We were given an appointment the next day, including update phone calls. Nathan and Anthony came out, and within an hour had the unit working again. We feared that the whole thing would need to be replaced, but they figured out which part was dysfunctional and efficiently replaced it. These men were personable yet professional. I would highly recommend them.
Nathan and the young man who was with him, were excellent. They were enjoyable and very professional and did a great job. I was however, pretty stunned that the price went up nearly $100. That would be my only complaint.
The Haven (formerly Heart of Ohio) team is very professional, efficient and thorough. The techs have always been courteous and prompt. The company sends reminder texts to schedule my maintenance services and that keeps me on track!
