I am very pleased with the service I received from Jake. He let me know when he was going to be at my home and he was on time. He was friendly and professional. He told me what the issue was and he took care of it quickly and efficiently. I could not ask for more. Nice job, well done!
Tom the plumber was excellent. He came out the very next morning after I called him to diagnose the problem. Additionally, he is very professional in his communication style. Another technician came out later to help, he also was excellent.
I would give the both of them 5 stars, but Lake the company itself gets 4 stars; because, I strongly feel the job was somewhat overpriced. For reference, pulling a toilet to make sure it was not the wax ring, cutting into my wall and replacing the plumbing was $1500. However, I am open to corrections on this valuation.
Tom was very professional, informative & personable. He inspected my A/C unit thoroughly inside & outside. He informed me of a few things I was unaware of which I really appreciated.
