Have used Lakes for installs and repairs for over a decade for my Copley home. They know what they are doing, friendly, and responsive. Saved me money by giving me some DIY advice.Try them first.

Was recently out of the country when my daughter’s furnace totally broke down. Contacted Lakes, spoke to Michelle,and she was able to get someone out there immediately ,my daughter has mental health issues and I was very worried. Within two days the unit was replaced. The technician even told my daughter what she needed to do to keep her pipes from freezing until the installation. When I returned I then paid for the unit. This type of customer service is unheard of these days! Thanks so much!?
