Being a Contractor myself, I am always apprehensive when I have to have something done on my own home and yet can't do it myself and have to rely on other professionals in the trades. However, for 30 years I have used Echols's for any servicing of my Heating and cooling system. ( my old system was 35 years old!!!!)I wanted to update my system and still went through the process of getting 2 more quotes besides Echols from other very well known and respected HVAC Companies. Echols replaced my geothermal Waterfurnace and hot water tank. I received 5 different estimates and they provided the best quality and value of any of the options. On the day of installation their technicians were efficient with their time and very careful taking the old furnace and water tank out and bringing the new one in to avoid doing any damage to my house or the equipment. I don't think I even saw any of the guys take a lunch break. Total install took two days. The office is very transparent and demonstrated great communication on the status of equipment delivery and scheduling.
