Since I’ve been training with her, my posture is straighter, my balance is better and my body as a whole feels athletic and more resilient. And, she does this with a warmth that makes you feel secure and confident in your movement, her heart is at the very core of her teaching. I know she wants me to be stronger and will correct and guide me, with this amazing light hearted humor and refreshing honestly and directness, to be more aware of my own body. The studio is a sublime space filled with warmth and energy. As a woman moving into her fifties, I’m grateful that Krystallo has helped me realize my body’s full and beautiful potential through her mastery and knowledge of the body (she has multiple degrees on the subject), and most importantly: her absolute care, mindfulness and kindness for the individual she is working with. 200 S Ridge St, Rye Brook“This studio is EVERYTHING. RUN do not walk here.. I love hot yoga.. as a nurse it is one of my favorite activities. I am not at all good at it, but I love it. I walked into the stupid timid and afraid. As a travel nurse I walk into a new studio all the time just terrified. I was met with smiles not only from the owner, and the instructor but from other members. It is literally the nicest set of people. The class flowed beautifully and I left feeling top of the world. Again I am not good at yoga but it was such a good time. I was welcomed, the class was amazing, the studio is gorgeous. I love it here.“

63 Main St, Dobbs Ferry“This place is very nice professional clean smells amazing. I took the Pilates reformer class for the first time ever. I've never done plates. Before starting you fill out a form and I made the instructors aware of my ongoing health issues and recent surgery. They were so accommodating and made adjustments for me during the class so I could handle the moves. It didn't hold up the other students as well which was great. I appreciated being looked after. They have students sanitize their stations after class which is awesome for the next group coming in. The owner remembered me and checked in on how I had felt after my first class when I came in the second time.“

The customer service side is phenomenal also. They are easy to schedule with, they handle your package and sessions, and they even let me keep a session I cancelled late due to having to put my pup to sleep, without me asking. Very great group. I only wish I was open enough to go to even more sessions! Highly recommend.“

Christine was detail-oriented and grasped my ongoing back issues as the source of my overall body pain and misalignment, where others had not. Throughout the entire session, she knew exactly what positions to put me in to further correct my form and posture. Overall, it was an awesome experience, so much so that I signed up for weekly sessions!Very highly recommend Christine and this studio!“
