I am new to Pilates …. The staff at Pilates in port are very friendly and knowledgeable in particular Kayleigh she has been my instructor. Takes ever chance to make sure tue technique is correct to get maximum results… I’ve been a gym rat for a long time .. but never experienced the type of full body workout all wrapped up in each session .. i highly recommend them for anyone interested in feeling amazing 😊😊. Great classical studio. Period. I started going here about 5 months ago and I am loving the way my body looks and feels! All the teachers are great and the owner, Tricia is one of my favorites. These teachers have trained with the original instructors that learned from Joseph Pilates and it really shows in their teaching and in my results! I would and do recommend this studio to everybody in Long Island that needs a good, strong Pilates workout!
I have been studying Pilates for 15 years in different local studios. The differences between other studios and Pilates in Port are many. The experience starts when you walk through the door of the clean and inviting atmosphere with a view of Manhasset Bay. This is a classic Pilates studio in the mold of Joseph Pilates. The studio is fully equipped with Mat/Tower, Cadillac, Reformer, Barrels and both Wunda & High Chair. Pilates in Port offers Privates, Duets and classes (with never more than 5 per class) for every level student.
