Studio Room, 810 Gerard Ave, Bronx“Enjoyed a class today with Yoga Insructor Annie. My daughter and I experienced a thorough and tension - releasing vinyasa yoga class. It was a great opportunity for me to give myself over to a teacher who knew how to motivate, encourage and challenge us to find comfort with each asana/position. I felt warm and relaxed afterwards. I really appreciated the chance to practice outside of my home for the first time in a very long time. Thank you Annie!“

Honestly, entire environment is so empowering and welcoming. Instructors are very well trained, they provide such strong class plans and clearly know what they’re talking about, how to modify for individual needs, and make sure everyone is moving to the best of their strengths. Too good!! I mean, I’ve been almost everyday of my trip ??❤️❤️❤️“

She explains things super clearly, so I understand what we're doing and why, and she does a great job of keeping track of everything I've mentioned across sessions. I really appreciate how thoughtful and personalized her approach is.
Liudmila also creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment. I feel very well taken care of and can't recommend her enough!“

1551 2nd Ave 2nd Floor, New York“Katie has been a light in my journey as a student and a teacher. I had the opportunity to take a private session at her NYC studio ( with Adele) in March and in June I was able to workshop with her in California. I am also taking her on demand mat classes. She has a way of opening your mind regarding the practice, challenges you to stay curious, and to keep prioritizing your practice. She creates a safe space to learn and grow, she is really funny, and just simply makes you want to better. Get to NYC or get online - She is a force that every body needs to experience ❤“

No other studios that I’ve tried since have compared. The classes are affordable and they frequently offer holiday deals. Most importantly, the teachers make me feel comfortable and safe and it’s overall a supportive environment!“

“Grateful I have Arrive to offer my specialties and grow my wellness business. I’m a Pilates instructor that specializes in myofascial release and pain relief. They have private treatment rooms where I can offer Reiki and a bigger space where I teach corporate Pilates classes. I love that I can rely on the amazing team to help check my clients in and prep the space for my classes.“

1715 1st Ave, New York“Good pilates classes with various options and flexibility with timing and small classes and teachers are very kind and explain well. (6am classes, 7am on week ends and 8pm classes)
Only drawback is you can only sign up on the day (or after) of your membership renewal for upcoming classes which means lots of classes you want are full so you have to be flexible.“

30 E 60th St Ste 206, New York“I’ve visited numerous popular physical therapy clinics in NYC —for everything from back and knee injuries to arthritis. But working with Central Park Physical Therapy (30 E 60th) has been, by far, the most healing and empowering experience I’ve had.
They have all the advanced equipment you’d expect, but the real differentiator is the one-on-one, personalized sessions. You’re not passed off to assistants or put on autopilot machines. You get real care, real time, every time.
My therapist is Rik Misiura , a former competitive triathlete who once led one of New York’s largest physical therapy organizations, treating athletes, dancers, and movie stars alike. These days, he works more exclusively, bringing his mastery to clients who are serious about getting better.
Rik brings an incredible range of approaches to each session, from Pilates-based movement, resistance training, and soft tissue release to breathwork and sound therapy. Every session is different because he actually listens to what your body needs that day. Somehow, he always gets it exactly right.
He also has a few secret techniques - a fusion of Eastern and Western methods - that will quite literally knock your socks off. You’ll walk in stiff or hurting, and leave grounded, realigned, painless and feeling great.
There’s something amazing about the breathwork he incorporates too, subtle but powerful, often unlocking deeper patterns in the nervous system. And at the end of each session, he offers optional sound healing: a moment of quiet integration that feels like a full reset.
His presence is calm, focused, and deeply attuned and he also has a great sense of humor, which makes the sessions not just healing but genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find a group with such deep expertise and genuine compassion, and I highly recommend Rik and Central Park PT. They even make house calls if you need them. If you’re looking for someone who can help you feel better, move better, and reconnect with your body on every level, I can’t recommend Central Park PT highly enough.“
8AM - 6PM
162 W 56th St #302, New York“I have been seeing Keith for almost two years to treat my chronic back and neck pain, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first session, Keith’s expertise and dedication were evident. He thoroughly assessed my condition and developed a personalized treatment plan that has significantly alleviated my pain. The billing is also really smooth. Highly recommend Keith“
6AM - 9PM
14 Edgewater Towne Ctr Ste 3D, Edgewater“I’ve been coming to this studio for a long time — it’s been over a year now. They have class schedules available almost every hour of the day. The instructors are experienced and engaging. I’ve always been satisfied so far. Especially when I had to make last-minute schedule changes, they were always understanding. They are particularly helpful in this regard compared to other studios. I can say it’s my favorite Pilates studio.“
7AM - 8PM
1338 Lexington Ave, New York“Following knee replacement surgery, I went for physical therapy at SPEAR Upper East Side 89th Street. My therapist, Maithili Bijoor, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, extensive clinical knowledge, and unwavering attention to detail. Each exercise was meticulously explained, set specific functional objectives, and regular reassessment of progress.
I had the privilege of collaborating with amazing therapists - Odalysse Figueroa, Saba Sayyad, and Eloise Cavalida. I am appreciative of the remarkable team including Zoila dela Cruz, Anaija Douglas, Victoria Igual, and Ruby Reyes, for their invaluable contributions to my recovery. I also want to say a big thank you to the visionary director, Odalysse, for putting together such a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Indeed I was astounded by the progress I made in my strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Now, I can finally get back to doing the things I enjoy. I highly recommend SPEAR Upper East Side 89th to individuals seeking top-notch care and personalized attention.“

“I love this studio so much. I start my week with them and I end my week with them! I always leave feeling calm, refocused and just reconnected with my body. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and kind, but most of all quick to make sure that your form is proper so that you can achieve your full expression without injury. They always remind us to that we may not be “there” so to do what we can, always offering alternate movements appropriate for the pose. I also love that all body types are represented there ensuring authentically that this practice is for all! 😘“
