Absolutely love Yogafreak! The hot classes are amazing, the energy is always so positive, and every teacher is incredible. The studio is always spotless! Consistently great workouts and one of my favorite places to go!
Love this studio! Been going few months now. Classes are incredible. The instructors are amazing, they’re encouraging. Classes are motivating and fun. Overall it’s a great workout and studio to be a part of. I came from F45, but I needed something more restorative. The classes at yogafreak fit what I’m looking for: a good workout (I’m sore at the end!), restorative and balancing. I attend all classes: HIIT, hot sculpt, hot yoga, and I love them all.
This studio is EVERYTHING. RUN do not walk here.. I love hot yoga.. as a nurse it is one of my favorite activities. I am not at all good at it, but I love it. I walked into the stupid timid and afraid. As a travel nurse I walk into a new studio all the time just terrified. I was met with smiles not only from the owner, and the instructor but from other members. It is literally the nicest set of people. The class flowed beautifully and I left feeling top of the world. Again I am not good at yoga but it was such a good time. I was welcomed, the class was amazing, the studio is gorgeous. I love it here.
