Great studio! A comfortable welcoming environment. Jennifer gives a great workout. She is a trained dancer who has studied the Lotte Berk method of Barre. She has a thorough knowledge of anatomy and so is able to adapt any workout to your body. I love her Barre and Pilates classes and have heard excellent reviews of her yoga classes from friends. She also has private machine classes available.

I have been going to Jennifer’s studio since she opened and what I love about the place is the vibe. No high pressure, no guilting. What you get with Jennifer is a great workout patterned after the Lotte Berk Method which Jennifer is trained in. The studio is small and comfortable. She fosters a stress free, supportive and friendly atmosphereJennifer is a trained dancer and is extremely knowledgeable.
