“I have been to Sarah for both pilates instruction and massage, as has my husband. Her facility is pristine and well equipped and she is excellent at both instruction and therapeutic massage. My husband love Pilates and has had several trainers over the years and he feels Sarah is the most proficient. I love a good massage, but they never seem to have long lasting results. Not the case with Sarah, her massages really relax, but also relieve knots and tightness. I can't recommend a therapist or studio more highly.”
