Bright , pristine studio. Warm , encouraging and inviting environment. Mo and Ania are experts in their craft and pay particular attention to form and technique creating a positive, rewarding experience.

The studio is beautiful and has all the Pilates equipment you could wish for. The teachers are fabulous. They are perfectly trained, super creative and all you could ask for- they focus on you and your goals. They are stickler for form and make sure you are safe and working hard, but working properly. It's the best pilates studio I've found in Nassau/suffolk, bar none. I highly recommend!!

I recently retired and decided to return to Pilates. I the studio is clean and easily accessible with the adjacent parking lot. the instructors are all welcoming and friendly. I had my first private session with Ania. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable and a stickler for proper form. After my first session I felt 2 inches taller and am much more conscious of my posture!

Evolution Pilates, is the premier classical Pilates studio in Port Washington, NY. The studio is well-maintained, pristine and offers top-of-the-line apparatus and tenured instructors. They offer private sessions and small group classes and serve as a host studio for the Real Pilates Teacher Training Program. Sessions are by appointment and reservation only.
