“Best pilates studio PERIOD! Tracy is an AMAZING instructor. She is enthusiastic and makes the workout fun while making sure anyone with issues (ie: back or knee) isn't feeling any pain. If so, she modifies the excercise so it's not painful but it's still effective. I absolutely love this class and highly recommend this studio!”
