The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and kind, but most of all quick to make sure that your form is proper so that you can achieve your full expression without injury. They always remind us to that we may not be “there” so to do what we can, always offering alternate movements appropriate for the pose. I also love that all body types are represented there ensuring authentically that this practice is for all! 😘“

“The Gym in Englewood, NJ is not just a gym. It is a full-scale factory for better bodies, better moods, and better standards. The facility is clean, polished, and run with the kind of professionalism that makes most other gyms feel like abandoned warehouses with treadmills. The atmosphere is motivating without being obnoxious, the equipment is excellent, and the entire place feels like it is operated by people who actually understand what members want.
A huge reason for that is Andrew, who is absolutely phenomenal with clients and guests. He treats everyone with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism, and he has the rare ability to make people feel welcomed the second they walk through the door. Andrew does not just ‘work there’—he sets the tone for the whole place. He is attentive, approachable, and clearly takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience.
It is hard to find a gym that combines serious fitness, great energy, and truly outstanding service, but The Gym somehow does it effortlessly. “This place is very nice professional clean smells amazing. I took the Pilates reformer class for the first time ever. I've never done plates. Before starting you fill out a form and I made the instructors aware of my ongoing health issues and recent surgery. They were so accommodating and made adjustments for me during the class so I could handle the moves. It didn't hold up the other students as well which was great. I appreciated being looked after. They have students sanitize their stations after class which is awesome for the next group coming in. The owner remembered me and checked in on how I had felt after my first class when I came in the second time.“
