“This place is very nice professional clean smells amazing. I took the Pilates reformer class for the first time ever. I've never done plates. Before starting you fill out a form and I made the instructors aware of my ongoing health issues and recent surgery. They were so accommodating and made adjustments for me during the class so I could handle the moves. It didn't hold up the other students as well which was great. I appreciated being looked after. They have students sanitize their stations after class which is awesome for the next group coming in. The owner remembered me and checked in on how I had felt after my first class when I came in the second time.”
