10 S Broadway, Nyack“I have been doing pilates at Havenview with Nicole both privately and semi-privately for over two years now. I began going twice a week, but now I attend the semi-private classes three times a week. Nicole is an excellent teacher. I took pilates at another studio prior to joining Havenview and every time I am in class with Nicole I think to myself “I didn’t learn that before.” Her verbal cues during exercises make all the difference. When I first started I thought I would never get the hang of pilates but with Nicole’s help and guidance I come to every class feeling confident and excited. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and really adds to the entire experience. When I’m in class I think of nothing else except my breathing and movement. It’s the longest I have ever stuck with any type of exercise and I don’t plan on ever stopping. With that said, Havenview is great for any age and any body type because Nicole caters to everyone, even during the classes. I attend class with people younger than me and much older. It’s a great inspiration to be exercising next to people much older than me knowing I can sustain this type of workout for my entire life.“

10 Jay St, Tenafly“I used to regularly injure my back and neck. Since coming weekly for the past year, my core strength has improved damatically. I feel stronger and I no longer get injured. I am not naturally athletic or flexible. The instructors are phenomenal and they taught me everything I needed to know. When I was first starting, I took a few private lessons and I was shown how to modify the moves that were originally too much for my back. Now I no longer need to modify anything. I really enjoy all of the classes I have taken and intend to continue at the studio indefinitely.“

“I have been to Sarah for both pilates instruction and massage, as has my husband. Her facility is pristine and well equipped and she is excellent at both instruction and therapeutic massage. My husband love Pilates and has had several trainers over the years and he feels Sarah is the most proficient. I love a good massage, but they never seem to have long lasting results. Not the case with Sarah, her massages really relax, but also relieve knots and tightness. I can't recommend a therapist or studio more highly.“
