I did the Introduction Package and it was great and informative. I learned a lot from my first session (out of three), especially having the right form when doing some of the techniques. I look forward to my last sessions.

I am currently doing the teacher training certification with Sarah Martin at Pilates Glow, and I'm really enjoying it. It's a lot of work, but Sarah is super knowledgeable and experienced, and has really helped guide me through the program. The training is extensive and very in-depth, but she has somehow made it feel less overwhelming. Sarah is very approachable and flexible and always happy to answer questions or make time to go over things as often as I need in order to understand things better. I would highly recommend doing the teacher training program with Sarah!

I started Pilates here for the first time and I’m very much enjoying every class. The staff is friendly, works with everyone in the class, very knowledgeable and patient with their participants. I feel better and definitely more flexible. Pilates is working for me and I’m glad to be doing it here!
