“I can’t say enough good things about Heather!!!! Her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and empowering. She pays attention to form, gives thoughtful cues, and somehow knows exactly when to push you just a little more. I’ve seen such a difference in my strength and confidence. So grateful for her energy and expertise!❤️❤️❤️”
