I called for a woman whose purse was locked inside her veh. Three companies insisted that payment was required before they would send service. TLRA Rep; Zach, immediately accepted. The woman was at The ARC of Erie County, and she was with her daughter who has “Special Needs.” Not that it should make a difference, but I think that it DID warrant a different consideration and TLRA Rep, Zach agreed! This is a rarity in business practices today. It’s good to know that there are still those kinds of businesses servicing the Public! Thank you again, Zach!
At almost 11:00p.m. the 2-man team was enthusiastic and energetic. For me it's enjoyable to watch precision and a finely tuned machine, so I enjoyed watching them work. The winching process from my car being buried by the W.N.Y. storm only took a total of 18-20 minutes (including pulling up and getting the truck in the proper position). I was on the road, again, and they were on their way to their next job.
I was locked out my car and this company came out , they were Professional & Responded when no one else would . I would highly recommend Time Light Roadside Assistance to anyone !
