Bobby answered the phone right away, very quick and efficient, asked for the address said he would be there an hour and a half because he had two people before us but ended up getting to us in 45 minutes. Texted with updates. Super nice, was able to unlock our car within a minute and we were also able to get a second key made for a good price in under 20 minutes! Hopefully do not need his services again lol but very pleased with the experience, helping turn a bad day into a good one! Thanks again Bobby!
Alta Locksmithing was very helpful and helped me out in a pinch. I had already had them scheduled to come out to the home. I’m currently living in. That same day I closed on a new home. I locked myself out my new home within 10 minutes owning it. Alta picked up and came to me to get me into my new home first, and thank goodness, I was in within 30 minutes. He changed the locks on the new home and he made the suggestion to repurpose locks to the home, he was coming to re-key saving me money. Courteous, professional, expeditious. .
I was locked out of my house and the keys didn't work. I called Robert and he came to my rescue. He installed 2 new door locks for me in no time at all. I highly recommend him in an emergency.
