I was locked out of my car and within an hour (actually less than an hour more like 35 minutes). I had somebody there. This place provides incredible service. I was given any ETA and prompt responses. I’m not sure if I remember the person I spoke with. I believe it was Brandon, but they were extremely helpful. This place is worth calling undoubtably five stars
4:30 AM our car broke down in East Aurora and waited two hours for one locksmith to come and they never came. I called Alta He came in 10 minutes and opened our car in 30 seconds. We were driving from Toronto to New York and he literally saved the day. We called 30 locksmith he’s the only reliable fast one we’ve found. Def recommend.
This man is a hidden gem in WNY. He’s been saving me for years with my car lockouts or anti-theft device key configurations or just me simply losing my keys and needing someone to come to me (home business and vehicles) There’s nobody like him out there and if there were, I wouldn’t even use anyone but Alta. He’s our only key guy. Thank you so much for always coming to our rescue and making us feel safe.
