“Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule. We worked with Frank for the quote, Amy in the front office, and four of their installers did the work for us. Everyone was happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. To me it is the little things, they caulked and sealed things perfectly, went above and beyond in a few spots, and left a very clean work site at the end of the day. The entire install went great.“
“Ray was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I requested a new HVAC system for my two story home and we are very happy with his recommendations. We were able to get ducted work on the second floor and mini splits on the first floor. He also was able to eliminate some of our old system that was redundant after the install.
