Wow! These guys came out fast and got the job done. They told me what was going on every step of the way and freshened up my furniture in no time. Super impressed and saved me so much work from my original plan of doing this myself.
I just had Stanley Steamer clean my living room,hallway,and 4 throw rugs. Thomas and Jake did a great job. They were very courteous,friendly, and professional and answered all of my questions.They work out of the Chekktowaga office. I was notified that they were on there way via text and when to expect them. A picture of the technician was also sent which I really appreciated. The only thing I would suggest would be during the initial phone call to have them request if the customer wants protection added on to the carpets as I did not think about that when I set up the appt.
