When our exterminator came for the first time he put my mind at ease and made me feel that we can get the problem taken care of quicker . So within the first week we got more than we ever expected to get and each time Brandon came he made me smile and laugh and he was very concerned about the health and well fair he even made my son laugh and smile. On Wednesday we got the last pest and it was the alpha male so he was pleased we got him. Brandon is very professional and helped me feel great each time we got another one and I texted him he would say great job. I knew you could do it. Exterminator showed up 2 days late. Never called till I called Ehrlich & they tracked him down. He said he couldn't spray in the rain, but I wish he'd called so I didn't wait around for him all morning. Once he did get here, I explained the problem we were having & he did a thorough job spraying. We'll see how well it worked next time we have a warm day.Service: Bug & insect extermination
