I called for yellow jacket extermination at 9 am and the problem was treated within 2 hours. Both Frank and Vinny were professional and pleasant to deal with. I used Great Lakes Exterminating for wasp extermination, getting in through the frame of myfront picture window. A gentleman by the name of Vinny answered my call, was friendly, courteous andasked the owner to come out to take care of my waspproblem. Frank, the owner was here promptly, wascourteous and efficient. He explained how he wasgoing to get rid of the wasps, which had probablymade a nest somewhere inside my window frame.He went over and above the service I needed andwhen he left, I never saw another wasp.
