I used Great Lakes Exterminating for wasp extermination, getting in through the frame of myfront picture window. A gentleman by the name of Vinny answered my call, was friendly, courteous andasked the owner to come out to take care of my waspproblem. Frank, the owner was here promptly, wascourteous and efficient. He explained how he wasgoing to get rid of the wasps, which had probablymade a nest somewhere inside my window frame.He went over and above the service I needed andwhen he left, I never saw another wasp. I highly recommend this business. we had a terrible wasp nest in our porch and needed it gone right away. They got back to me in record time and they were able to come out the next day. They were prompt, very reasonably priced, professional, and just wonderful to do business with. Thank you!!
