“Needed my furnace fixed and since I had a previous good experience with Sentry South I called them again. Was able to get same day service. They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.“

“I recently brought my approximately 15 year old carpet shampoo vac in for a repair because it wasn’t pulling the water back into the machine from the carpet. Paul took the time to talk me through potential problems and though he didn’t have a ton of experience repairing this type of vacuum, he assured me he’d do his best to get to the bottom of the issue.

It turns out a part was missing and after he called me back the next day, I was able to locate it in my basement. I brought the part in and Paul refused payment for the time and effort he put into diagnosing and cleaning out the brushes. I’ll definitely be back to Super Vacuums the next time I need a repair or am in the market for a new vacuum.“
