“We were referred to Eugene Boos of Preferred Electrical by Wayne Seifert of Happy Home Exteriors when a fallen tree did a significant amount of damage to our home. From the initial call to their office, throughout our entire encounter with them, every person we spoke with was polite, professional, and considerate. Gene personally responded to and evaluated our situation quickly, then worked with our insurance adjuster and the town's inspector to ensure our power was restored as quickly as possible. The electricians who came to complete the work (Wes and Cam) were both wonderful - hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our property. Heather from their office stayed on top of communications and paperwork for us, keeping everything moving forward. It seems like a true family business, as Gene's wife even personally stopped by after the work was finished with a lovely card and cute little plant for us to encourage us through the challenging circumstances we found ourselves in from the tree.
