Brittany is truly an expert at what she does! I needed a last-minute lash fill before moving out of state and was honestly nervous since my usual tech was out of town and I hadn’t gone anywhere new in over 5 years. I get hybrid lashes and don’t like them too dramatic or too light and she got them absolutely perfect. She completely came through for me - my lashes were blended so seamlessly it felt like she’d been doing them all along and instantly understood exactly what I wanted. I also have very sensitive eyes but she was incredibly reassuring and gentle throughout the entire appointment. I had little to no irritation at all, which is rare for me.
Her salon is beautiful, welcoming, extremely clean and she is just as sweet as she is professional. I highly recommend her!
We have had such amazing experiences here! My dog is extremely energetic and a ball of energy. Noelle has worked with him in day school and in intro to agility courses and he has been doing amazing! She is extremely friendly, you can tell she is very compassionate and loves what she does, which means a lot to us! I always know my dog is in the best hands when I leave him there. The facility is large, clean and very welcoming. We are so happy to have found Supernova Dogs :)

I had such a great experience with my laser hair removal treatment! I’ve had this done at other places before, and it was always VERY uncomfortable…but this time was completely different. The treatment was so much more painless than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and I was honestly surprised by how gentle it felt.
The room itself was spotless, bright, and really inviting. Everything was super clean, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed right away. Lisa was incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

She had a ton of different colors to pick from, which was a great touch. I asked for two tight braids and they were perfect—neat, secure, and exactly what I was looking for. I will be recommending Maegan to anyone looking for awesome hairstyles!
Tom Porto recently provided us with a bath/shower replacement estimate. He was on time for the appointment, knowledgeable of the services and products. Very sociable and professional. When asked he offered advice and made recommendations.

A mani and pedi took almost 3 and a half hours with basic gel polish and no designs. If you’re looking for fancy nails this is a salon for you; not for us that are looking for basic nails.

This salon is clean and inviting and the owner Danielle is a gem! I was home in Buffalo for the game and the holiday and was in desperate need of a haircut. I wear short hair that takes a lot of skill to achieve as i am naturally curly but work against it daily. I showed Danielle a picture and she took her time, asked questions throughout the process and truly gave me one of my best cuts in 48 years! We never had an awkward moment of silence and i left there starting my vacation feeling as though she was one of the friends i was coming home to spend time with!!! I will now deliberately be forgoing my haircut prior to visiting home just so I can go to Danielle whenever I’m in town! She is absolutely a professional skilled stylist! ❤️

I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators. She called me back the following morning to advise what time the estimator could be there based on his route and followed up again later in the day via phone call. We ended up using another local roofer to help us but Alison was so professional, sweet, helpful, and very communicative! If we ever need contractor services in WNY, I will happily call ServPro back just because the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Alison!

Walked into the salon there Katie stands bright eyed and smiling. As we chat I tell her what I had in mind . We shampoo and her magic takes over. She begins cutting then blowing out. A pure transformation from when I came. She shares the excitement with me. She is sweet listens to her customers is always on time and does an awesome job. This is the best haircut I have ever gotten. I’m in from out of town and needed an emergency haircut due to the sudden passing of my mother. Laut'han took me in and took such good care of me- his artistry and compassion were top notch. He also wasn’t going to charge me(I insisted in paying him something), which was too kind. I will be sending all of my business to this shop. Clean, courteous, and professional atmosphere. A+++

I came in around 5 o'clock on a Monday and I didn't have an appointment. He took his time and gave me a great haircut. I couldn't ask for more than that.
The ladies at this shop are awesome. I was looking for the best shop in Buffalo and this shop was the only one that would take me for the services I needed while others turned me away. I was visiting the area on vacation and was warmly welcomed not only in person but when I made my appointment. It's been 3 weeks and my nails STILL look fantastic.

The staff at CK are so kind and do a great job. I have monthly pedicures and the basic manicure done when I go, and I'm always very happy with the results. The salon is clean and inviting. I've been going here for years, and they feel like family. My mom was a customer there, too, and she passed away suddenly during the Fall last year. The next time I was there foran appointment, they were so compassionate and sympathetic, as they knew her well as a customer, too. Overall a great salon with even better people. ?

I’m infamous for last minute bookings and walkins and I appreciate businesses that cater to us sometimes super busy and at times disorganized lifestyles.. it happens. This was a last min booking , they were welcoming so sweet so patient with my daughter and I always love a coffee bar after a long day . This cut and blow dry was for my princess but throughout my visit I couldn’t help to think my next appt will be here. I’m glad I ran into this salon and I will be back. Katie is wonderful and so is her mom. We have been going there for a few years now and all 3 generations of my family go there. Her coloring work is exceptional and she was able to give me ash blonde on my dark hair. I've gotten so many compliments on it throughout the years. We are so glad to have a Salon with such talented artists in our town!

Sue is the only one I let cut my hair for over 40 years. She is always current on the new cuts and styles and she teaches you how to get the look at home.

The guys are the absolute best. I went in for a honor tattoo and had my daughter with me for her first tattoo. We were welcomed, Gram made he so comfortable. james is truly amazing. i had went a while ago to get my nipples pierced and decided to go back to get back dermals and i can say both experiences were truly pleasant. i always get nervous before getting something pierced but his calm demeanor helped to ease my nerves, combined with how informative he is about different piercings. he also took the time to make sure the placement was correct and to my liking. i could definitely see myself coming back. thank you james !!

From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Jonathan Marks was amazing!! He was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had 2 issues. One was to install a new faucet in a bathroom and the other was a unique issue that needed problem solving. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also fixed both issues in the same day. He professionalism was impeccable and we would highly recommend Roy’s (we’ve had other technicians from Roy come for our HVAC system, and it was amazing also.) and especially Jonathan for plumbing. Cost was reasonable for the work being done.
Aron did a beautiful job cleaning my sewers today. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He also was extremely personable which made a huge difference. We ALWAYS call Sunset Plumbing & Heating, which we have done for years. John and Dave always arrive on time, sometimes early, and sometimes on the same day. Recently we called for a stopped up bathroom sink and a drip in the bathtub. Arriving when scheduled, the sink drain was unclogged quickly. Since they didn’t have the part for the bathtub faucet, they ordered it and installed it. Now, this is what we call “ Real Service!” John and Dave are friendly, honest, efficient, and very professional!!

CKO plumbing did a great job for me and I would highly recommend them. We had an old cast-iron Plumbing line failure under my concrete slab in the basement that I need to rerouted to the main stack. After talking to multiple contractors that either wouldn’t follow up, were ridiculously priced or didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing, I found CKO. The owner Ron came to my house, spent time thoughtfully assessing my problem and troubleshooting solutions with me before giving me a straightforward and fair quote. The job started on time, and was even finished before schedule. While the project was not particularly difficult, it was very technical, and the quality of the work and following cleanup was above satisfactory. I won’t think twice about calling these guys again for any future plumbing needs I have.

Matt and Aiden did a fantastic job! They ran a new wire to the garage, replaced an exterior outlet, and also ran a new exterior outlet. They both were polite and professional. Matt made sure any work they did was aesthetically pleasing. He also noticed a few small issues with work that was done in the past (not by Huber Electric) and repaired them. I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of this team.

Wonderful experience. Brittany provided great service. She helped us select a number of samples from the showroom and we were able to take them home. She also had samples shipped to our house that we could keep. Not pushy at all but responsive - we were back and forth a few times pickup up and dropping off samples until we found what we liked. The contract, measurement, and installation process was easy. We are love our new carpet and we would not hesitate to go back to Madison for any future needs.

we had large tree branches hanging over our house in our front and back yard. Al's Tree Service came in and trimmed both trees. The crew that came were amazing. Friendly, polite and truly did a great job. they cleaned up every branch. We feel much safer now that these large branches have been removed. I highly recommend them!!

Took great care of our son when a different dental practice insisted he needed tons of work. A quick visit with Dr Warner proved that to be incorrect. Our son was well taken care of without all the costly work we were led to believe he needed. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Dass is the best. Been seeing him for a long time. My while family sees him. We hadnt gone in over 5 yrs just cause life got so crazy, yes no teeth issues so easily to forget. When I went in he remembered me and all the kids and hubby. He askes about them all. He is very friendly, down to earthand just a genuine guy. The staff are always smiling and a pleasant as well. She calls with follow up information and her heart shines always. We feel blessed to have her!
Local vet we take all three of our small dogs to. We've had them in for tooth extraction, teeth scaling, check-ups, and the occasional mishap as our dogs are getting to be ol' folks. If you show up a few minutes early there's usually no wait. They don't push services or treatments, they just offer what's needed with the best care available. Moderately priced compared to some other places, in my opinion.
When I first moved here I struggled to find a vet that I felt was personable and really cared about my animals. McBride was the first place to really work for me. They work us in if we ever call with concerns, they call for check ups the day after surgeries and many runs after if more complications arise. The front desk staff is so kind and caring, as are all the techs and the vet! I never feel like I’m getting subpar service and each of them genuinely cares about the well being of our babies.
Cannot recommend this place enough, worth every penny.

She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed and targets my tension areas and gets right to the trigger points. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. When I leave her office I feel like she rejuvenated my soul. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Chanyl is such a kind, thoughtful massage therapist and gives her best to each client, but I have had great experiences with all providers here.
