Brittany is truly an expert at what she does! I needed a last-minute lash fill before moving out of state and was honestly nervous since my usual tech was out of town and I hadn’t gone anywhere new in over 5 years. I get hybrid lashes and don’t like them too dramatic or too light and she got them absolutely perfect. She completely came through for me - my lashes were blended so seamlessly it felt like she’d been doing them all along and instantly understood exactly what I wanted. I also have very sensitive eyes but she was incredibly reassuring and gentle throughout the entire appointment. I had little to no irritation at all, which is rare for me.
Her salon is beautiful, welcoming, extremely clean and she is just as sweet as she is professional. I highly recommend her!
We have had such amazing experiences here! My dog is extremely energetic and a ball of energy. Noelle has worked with him in day school and in intro to agility courses and he has been doing amazing! She is extremely friendly, you can tell she is very compassionate and loves what she does, which means a lot to us! I always know my dog is in the best hands when I leave him there. The facility is large, clean and very welcoming. We are so happy to have found Supernova Dogs :)

A mani and pedi took almost 3 and a half hours with basic gel polish and no designs. If you’re looking for fancy nails this is a salon for you; not for us that are looking for basic nails.

This salon is clean and inviting and the owner Danielle is a gem! I was home in Buffalo for the game and the holiday and was in desperate need of a haircut. I wear short hair that takes a lot of skill to achieve as i am naturally curly but work against it daily. I showed Danielle a picture and she took her time, asked questions throughout the process and truly gave me one of my best cuts in 48 years! We never had an awkward moment of silence and i left there starting my vacation feeling as though she was one of the friends i was coming home to spend time with!!! I will now deliberately be forgoing my haircut prior to visiting home just so I can go to Danielle whenever I’m in town! She is absolutely a professional skilled stylist! ❤️

I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators. She called me back the following morning to advise what time the estimator could be there based on his route and followed up again later in the day via phone call. We ended up using another local roofer to help us but Alison was so professional, sweet, helpful, and very communicative! If we ever need contractor services in WNY, I will happily call ServPro back just because the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Alison!

The shop has a very nice decor to it. My appointment was on time. I had the Lead Stylist do my hair and I was very happy.She does a great job on my hair color.As well as haircuts. Her entire staff is very talented.
Walked into the salon there Katie stands bright eyed and smiling. As we chat I tell her what I had in mind . We shampoo and her magic takes over. She begins cutting then blowing out. A pure transformation from when I came. She shares the excitement with me. She is sweet listens to her customers is always on time and does an awesome job. The staff at CK are so kind and do a great job. I have monthly pedicures and the basic manicure done when I go, and I'm always very happy with the results. The salon is clean and inviting. I've been going here for years, and they feel like family. My mom was a customer there, too, and she passed away suddenly during the Fall last year. The next time I was there foran appointment, they were so compassionate and sympathetic, as they knew her well as a customer, too. Overall a great salon with even better people. ?

I’m infamous for last minute bookings and walkins and I appreciate businesses that cater to us sometimes super busy and at times disorganized lifestyles.. it happens. This was a last min booking , they were welcoming so sweet so patient with my daughter and I always love a coffee bar after a long day . This cut and blow dry was for my princess but throughout my visit I couldn’t help to think my next appt will be here. I’m glad I ran into this salon and I will be back. Katie is wonderful and so is her mom. We have been going there for a few years now and all 3 generations of my family go there. Her coloring work is exceptional and she was able to give me ash blonde on my dark hair. I've gotten so many compliments on it throughout the years. We are so glad to have a Salon with such talented artists in our town!

MPS checks every box that I have for a vendor. Professional, Polite, Punctual, Quality, Transparency and Pricing. Cam and his team have taken excellent care of my family when we needed to have half of our house re-routed to a different sewer. I've now had them out on 2 different occasions and my first time was just as great! They are consistent and I am over the moon with the service they have provided me today.

Dan came out and fixed out hot water tank pipe about 9 hours before the appointment. Very thankful that we didn’t have to spend all day without water in the whole house. Dan was polite and got the job done quickly. Thank you!
My struggle began a few “daze” ago, with what I thought was a simple clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe. The clog was located in the pipe area, leading behind the wall, into the basement main outlet. So, I used my small snake auger, with my drill attached. I couldn’t clear the obstruction, no matter how hard I tried. Next, I go to Home Depot & rent a heavy duty, electric, auto-feed snake. After about 45 minutes of that madness, the snake’s tip finally snapped off, inside the 1-1/2” PVC pipe. Dang It!!! Fast Forward; The Home Depot rental department Guy suggested I give Advanced Sewer a call. Next day, Shawn shows up and runs a camera into the system, opens up the connecting pipe system in our basement, runs the snake and clears out what seemed like a century’s worth of hardened grease buildup. Shawn was Awesome! Solved our issue in no time flat. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A great guy too. I highly recommend Advanced Sewer & Drain Cleaning. We ALWAYS call Sunset Plumbing & Heating, which we have done for years. John and Dave always arrive on time, sometimes early, and sometimes on the same day. Recently we called for a stopped up bathroom sink and a drip in the bathtub. Arriving when scheduled, the sink drain was unclogged quickly. Since they didn’t have the part for the bathtub faucet, they ordered it and installed it. Now, this is what we call “ Real Service!” John and Dave are friendly, honest, efficient, and very professional!!
Super professional and helpful. Able to assist us within 24 hours. Even when there was part of the job he couldn't do, he called in a friend and it was fixed immediately. Charges were super fair and a real compassionate guy. Will tell anyone and everyone to use them.
The drain tiles under my house were broken. The basement leaked every time it rained. CKO Plumbing sent a team in to dig up the perimeter of my basement, throw out the 85 year old pipes and put in new ones. The guys hand carried everything out of my basement and then carried all of the new gravel and cement into the basement. Even though this was a huge job the guys put pride in their work. The new cement floor is smooth. They mopped behind themselves. The guys also patched a couple cracks in my basement walls. The laundry tub had to be moved away from the wall for this project, when it was put back into place they fixed the leak. These guys also made sure that my washing machine was level when they put it back into place. They went above and beyond.

They do HVAC and Piping work like no other, it's not a fluke that they are a titan in the industry. They can handle large facility builds, prisons, colleges, you name it. We saw them at the Buffalo Home Show, and decided to resurface our kitchen cabinets. We checked out other companies and decided we liked their approach the best. The company owner and sales representative, John, was extremely easy to work with. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were scheduled for the fall, but he fit us in just last week, in July, and our kitchen looks great. The installation staff of three employees were very efficient and neat. Dr. Dass is the best. Been seeing him for a long time. My while family sees him. We hadnt gone in over 5 yrs just cause life got so crazy, yes no teeth issues so easily to forget. When I went in he remembered me and all the kids and hubby. He askes about them all. He is very friendly, down to earthand just a genuine guy. The staff are always smiling and a pleasant as well. I reccomend hom to everyone I know.

Local vet we take all three of our small dogs to. We've had them in for tooth extraction, teeth scaling, check-ups, and the occasional mishap as our dogs are getting to be ol' folks. If you show up a few minutes early there's usually no wait. They don't push services or treatments, they just offer what's needed with the best care available. Moderately priced compared to some other places, in my opinion.
When I first moved here I struggled to find a vet that I felt was personable and really cared about my animals. McBride was the first place to really work for me. They work us in if we ever call with concerns, they call for check ups the day after surgeries and many runs after if more complications arise. The front desk staff is so kind and caring, as are all the techs and the vet! I never feel like I’m getting subpar service and each of them genuinely cares about the well being of our babies.
Cannot recommend this place enough, worth every penny.
