Roto rooter came out to try and address an issue we were having. The technician was very helpful, informative, and friendly. He wasn't able to resolve the issue, but we weren't charged for the visit. I really appreciate their time and effort

Kitchen sink was clogged. Employee was very friendly and cleared my line fast. Was visited by another person from roto rooter an hour before plumber to ensure I didn't need a water damage cleanup. Great company.

The technician’s that showed up to my home were great! They fixed the blockage in our sewer drain. And explained and showed additional work that would be needed so this problem wouldn’t occur again in the near future. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them!
