Our sump pump went and flooded our basement and ruined lots of things including our finished part of the basement. After the plumber finished his job, he recommended Green Genie for the cleanup. I called them immediately and they were at my house within an hour and this was a Sunday afternoon with a Bills game scheduled. Ray assessed the situation and told me what would be done starting the next day. Brian and his crew (Marc, Quinton, Big Brandon and Dion) showed up Monday and explained what would happen. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Green Genie LLC. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians and the quality of the service. Austin and Brandon took the extra time to answer questions and explain the process. They were also patient with my pup who was curious and eager to introduce herself. When the cleaning was finished I couldn’t believe how much like new the carpets looked. I didn’t think it would be possible to get them that clean but they did. I am very happy with my experience with Green Genie.
I am so pleased with the work that was done by Michael and Mark from Green Genie. This is the first time I have ever done business with them so I was not sure what to expect. Mark and Michael were professional, courteous, hard-working and thorough. Mom's basement looks GREAT!! I am thankful for these two fine service people who represented their employer so honorably. Thank you, thank you, thank you!P.S. I thought the price was fair and reasonable. The experience was a win- win in my book!
