Called at 8am Monday. Problem with my furnace not turning on the coldest day of the year. Other places all had been booked up and the earliest was the evening but they quoted me 1:00. I received several text messages stating that my time got moved up and they would be coming sooner. First 11:00, then they said someone was on their way and would be here just after 9:00! Dale was very knowledgeable and got my furnace up and ruining again after being stuck in a 50 degree house. They could have charged anything they wanted but it turned out very reasonable and way cheaper than i was expecting especially on such short notice.
