“We contacted Frank about a bee issue we were having near our hot tub after he came highly recommended by our neighbor, who has trusted him for years. Between my husband and me, we reached out to several pest control companies, but Frank was the first to respond. He got back to us right away and scheduled a visit for the very next day to assess the problem.
From the moment I met him, I could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping us. He took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and recommend the best course of action. What impressed me most was that he wasn't trying to sell us an expensive service or push something that might not even solve the problem. Instead, he was focused on finding the right solution and making sure we were taken care of.
It's refreshing to find someone who values honesty, integrity, and customer service over making a quick sale. Frank is professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a pest issue. Thank you, Frank, for your outstanding service!”

“Kevin Cratsley did a great job spraying my property for Mosquitoes & Ticks on 7/22/2026. He called when he was in his way, arrived on time, asked if I had seen any activity since his last visit, was respectful of my property and made sure he did a thorough inspection. I highly recommend Kevin and Buffalo Lawn & Pest Services.”
