They've come when I needed a respray for Carpenter bees. Always polite and friendly.<br>Signed up for their Yard enjoyment program bc of the wet spring, there was many more mosquitoes and ticks this yr. So far we've had no issues. Customer service is also great. Always friendly and answer all of my Questions. Sean did our service today and Bradely does our quarterly services. They do a great job.<br><br>Update 10/16/2025<br>Today our Quarterly service was due and Carlos came. Texted and called b4 getting here, I asked him to make sure our traps had bait, he also sprayed around the entire foundation for all the critters trying to get in since its gotten colder. The Technicians always do a great job and listen to any issues we're having. Been using them almost 2 yrs now and no complaints.<br><br>UPDATED 9/9/26<br>Andy came today to do our Yard enjoyment spray for<br>Mosquitoes, ticks and fleas. He did a great job and was actually here longer than any other techs. Made sure to get everything. Great service 👊👍”

“We had a Carpenter Ant problem in one area of our house, mainly the outside area. I called Amherst Exterminators, the next day we were already on the schedule. Amherst Exterminators sent Vinny B and it took him 30 to 45mins. He flushed out our Carpenter Ants, then he did a bait and preventative spray. To make matters even better, Vinny even arrived ahead of his quoted time of 2:15PM. He even explained we needed to do to help minimize the Carpenter ants and told us we could do it anytime. To make matters even better, Vinny B was a nice exterminator. He gave us his card. Yes we will be calling Amherst Exterminators again when we need them. I wish I could give Amherst Exterminators and Vinny more than five stars oh well. They deserve 5 stars. Amherst Exterminators was also reasonable for Carpenter Ants as well. Keep up the good work Vinny and Amherst Exterminators.”
