“We have been using State Utilities for COD Oil Delivery for years! Last night had an issue with our boiler & left a message for an Emergency call. The gentleman Mike called us within 10 minutes & since the boiler was working when push the reset button we decided to wait until the morning! At 8am this morning Al the service tech was at the door for the repair. He advised didn’t think there was anything wrong with it but just needed to be serviced-which he did & what a difference-so quiet again & working as expected! “Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value 7/2013 They installed a Reem 3.5 Ton Variable Speed system with Electric Heat Back Up and a Hepa Filtration Unit. They customized the system return so it doubled as an Air Return and also allowed Entry into the attic to service the Evaporator System. The crew was very professional, clean and knowledgeable. The A/C Trunks and Vents were strategically placed allowing both walk around accessible in the attics and proper cooling throughout my House. The owner Andy Haugen had made this transition very comfortable for us, from contract to completion. Over the past 7 years I've needed only two service calls from them and they were quick to respond and correct the issues. I would and have highly recommended them for both Installations and Service to friends and neighbors. Trust and Comfortably is how I describe Haugen Bros.“

That wasn't the best part, I called on a Sunday and was noted to wait to Monday which was a holiday but they still charges normal hr rates and a saved a few bucks. “Very personable and professional service by Mike. Arrived during the stated time period. Wore ‘booties’ when he entered the house, keeping my floors and rugs clean. No nonsense approach. He assessed the situation,offered the solution then priced it out. Gave us an estimate of the time and manpower it would take then asked when we’d like the work done. We said ASAP since it wasn’t an active leak, he could have a crew here in 3 days. We agreed and the job has been scheduled.
Part 2- 3 days later and Mike and Nick showed up on the earlier side of the promised window. Again, entered our house with the booties on. They originally said it would take about 4 hours when they came for the estimate but they wrapped it up in a little less than 2. They replaced a rusted sewer line and several feeds to it that were also rusted. We had just painted the room white and sealed the floor after some minor flooding in the basement. To look at the space, you never would have known they had been there. They had brought drop clothes with them and set those up everywhere. When they were finished, I couldn't find a single spot on the walls or the floor. Super clean workmanship. Theirs is a number we are keeping in our go to repair book. I highly recommend them. I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. They earn them everyday.“

A little while later, I received a phone call from **** saying a tech could be to my residence within 2 hours. There is no charge for an estimate.Before the two hours elapsed, one of the techs, ******, was at my house. He examined my central a/c unit thoroughly and advised me of the work needed to be performed (for general maintenance) so I would not have any issues this season, I was asked if I was interested in having the job done at this time. I decided I would after being provided with the cost. The tech explained everything and took pictures so I could differentiate between the before and after work (to be certain it was handled). He was very knowledgeable and patient, He took his time doing the necessary task and cleaned up after himself. “
