I had no idea what to expect ? , but i trusted the online google girlies reviews ?, and booked my appt. online via google in the wee hours of the night and was impressed to discover they had availability the VERY NEXT MORNING ?☀️
The place is pretty easy to find with the help of google maps, and they have free parking ?which is always great.
Once I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely Genesis ?? and introduced to my pedicure technician Keisy, who was really friendly and got right to work. ??
The pedicure was thorough: I paid $40 usd and got my toes trimmed, my cuticles cleaned, my callouses removed, my toes soaked and cleaned with a nice smelling toe scrub, and Keisy carefully polished my toes with a beautiful tropical blue gel polish ??
I even got a complimentary coffee with whipped cream made with ❤️ during my appointment and I have to say I was truly impressed with their service!
I will definitely be back to this place the next time I’m in town! ?

Just got the best haircut I’ve ever had from Max! This barbershop is truly a gem in Amityville. The quality of the cuts is top-notch, the atmosphere is super welcoming, and you can really feel the sense of community they’ve built. On top of that, their prices are great! Highly recommend checking them out.. you won’t be disappointed.

My house flooded 2 years in a row, Unbelievable! Yes, but it happened. We were on vacation during Christmas and came home Sunday night to find a heating pipe had cracked and flooded the den as well as other parts of the downstairs...to say we panicked is mild. We knew a plumber and he got us in touch with Damian @Home Pro. After hours, on a Sunday night, and Damian’s main concern was do I want someone there tonight or in the morning, and to relax he has me covered. Well, the follow morning Damian was there with a crew, they ripped all the wet Sheetrock, flooring and anything else that was ruined and set up big blower and humidity machines. I kind of felt it was going to be OK. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company...I mean I just had to sign my name to the consent form, and they took it from there. Could not have been less stressful.
Then There's Matt…HE is the man! He's who makes it happen and he does! Matt takes notice of all details, helped pick-out the flooring which was nicer than the one we had, and even had his guys touch up screw holes, chips and even caulked around the interior door moldings before they painted. Nothing gets by him and his knowledge to what's up to date makes the redesign easy. If you're lucky enough to have him as your project manager, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. He will make it look Amazing! A couple of weeks later I had my house back, but even better, it was all new and freshly painted it looked fantastic. It just so happened that we had decided to move to Fl. With a week we had someone offer us more than we wanted for the house. They love the way it looked. Unfortunately, the deal didn’t go thru, and we moved to Fl. anyway.
I get a call early one morning about 1 yr after the first flood, another pipe had broken only this time on the second floor and it destroyed all the Sheetrock, insulation, flooring everything...First I panicked, Then I called Damian, when he got on the phone and remembered me, I took my first good breathe (remembered I’m in FL. 67 and have trouble walking or traveling, I can’t keep traveling from here to NY all the time) Anyway I told him what happened, he arranged with my Realtor to see the house and the process began again only this time it was the entire house… I then got a call from a friendly voice...Matt, we talked, joked around and he told me not to worry he was doing my house again. I knew I was in good hands
He kept in touch with me about what was going on and just like the first time I let him make the choices about floors, cabinets even the color of the walls. I just wanted the house to look beautiful; He and His crew did an amazing job.
I just got the pictures of the house...I cannot say enough, the house is nothing less than amazing, (yeah, I know I use that word a lot, but it’s true) I almost wish I could move back to live in it...It’s beautiful, modern, fresh, totally redone. From the floors to the ceilings, the bathrooms to the closets nothing was overlooked. Matt as he promised looked after everything and built a house, that will become someone's home, he should be very proud, I know I am and I appreciate everything he’s done for me in this rebuild. I would absolutely recommend Home Pro, Damian and My Buddy Matt. When you think you’re under water these guys throw you a landline and pull you to shore LOL! Bridgette is awesome !!!!The doctor makes house calls!!! All 3 of my trucks get worked hard and breakdown at the worst moment. Bridgette has come to fix my trucks on-site, in a 7-11 parking lot, and even late at night way after hours. If you need it fixed NOW!! Call immediately if it can wait call immediately. My dumptruck looks likes new and runs even better. New steel in the bed and lighting. Absolutely super reasonable pricing. I won't be calling any one else!!! Thanks Bridgette and your wife!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Kabod Nails for the first time on August 8th. I spoke with Kenia about how much I really needed my nails done, and even though they were fully booked, she kindly made room for me in their schedule. My nail tech was Rosa, and she did an absolutely immaculate job! She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and used high-quality products. I’m now going on week three, and my nails still look like I just had them done! At other salons, my nails would usually already look like I needed a fill in.

Nail Image!!! Although the entire staff is awesome, the nail tech Libby is the awesomest!!! Shes cool, professional, always willing to help. But her skills, from nails to lashes to her amazing foots rubs. They are clean and they do a great job at making you feel relaxed and at home.
I finally found my new permanent nail salon! Had the best experience here and was treated like a queen. Spa pedicure felt amazing and my nails look fabulous. Would 1000% recommend! Was clean and extremely relaxing. Eyebrows came out great and the massage while getting my nails done was the cherry on top!

Lourdes is a God send when I tell you this Lady knows hair believe me. It's not a bougie/fancy spot but they have great hands. Whenever in Long Island visiting family, I have been getting haircuts by them since their previous location. They always cut it SO WELL. And style as requested. And their pricing makes it even more worth it. I personally haven't gotten my hair colored there but everyone I have while there looked great and were happy.
Wow WOW! So I've had a wax at European Wax, I'm actually a VIP Member but I was walking by this beautiful shop that had such a beautiful floral installment outside. I walked in and I met Alexis who is by the way a sweetheart! She gave me so much information on the services she offered BUT I never heard of a VAJACIAL. (It's pretty much a facial for your intimate area.) I made an appointment for the following day. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE HERE!! The Service was amazing from the time I walked in. There was NO HAIR left in sight!!!! LOL I Will be back! I felt like a brand new woman when I left. Please stop in and make an appointment ASAP! Thank you!!
Spa Haus is so cute inside, and their online booking system is super easy to use. I came in for the first time for a UV gel removal and a Dazzle Dry manicure and was lucky enough to be booked with Regina. She was so sweet and knowledgeable, and my nails look great. I'm excited to see how the Dazzle Dry holds up and to get my natural nails healthy again. I've already rebooked with her for next time and would love to try some of the other services they offer!

I got a piercing from John and it was hands down the best piercing experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve gotten pierced by so many people on the island but no one has ever been as honest and clean as John. I will not go anywhere else for as long as John is percing.

I used this company the 1st time many years ago to put in new line under my front lawn from street to the house, job completed well. Used again more recently for a line adjacent to my sidewalk. I was out of state and had to handle this via phone. I was given a price which I accepted. After the job, I was told the job was less than anticipated and it would only be half the price quoted. What an honest company !!! Will definitely use again, if needed.

I see her for Myofascial Release and she always uses just the right touch for headaches and body pains. She involves me in making decisions for where to treat, while also seeming to know where to go. Vanessa has healthy professional boundaries and is nonjudgmental. I also find it helpful that she offers me input for self-care at home to help with my body awareness and symptoms. I highly recommend her!
