I really appreciated that he checked with us on placement decisions before each indoor unit install, which helped everything fit the space well and work better for comfort. The crew was very neat with the refrigerant lines, wiring, and overall job site cleanup. miguel, who handled the initial estimate and final inspection, was also great to work with, very friendly and clear in his communication. He made sure we received the available rebates and incentives for the new system, and we did not have to handle that paperwork ourselves, which was a huge help. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The new system runs quietly, improves indoor comfort, and the installation quality really shows. “I had a wondering experience with Tumminello Plumbing. Just days after moving into my new house I discovered my hot water heater, which was only two years old, was leaking. I called Tumminello because they installed the tank and they dispatched someone immediately—within 20 minutes. John was nice, professional, and helpful. He told me that unfortunately the hot water heater needed to be replaced and made sure I understood what needed to be done so it would be covered under warranty.
