I called Tumminello because they installed the tank and they dispatched someone immediately—within 20 minutes. John was nice, professional, and helpful. He told me that unfortunately the hot water heater needed to be replaced and made sure I understood what needed to be done so it would be covered under warranty. The next day John and Mike returned to install the new hot water heater. They completed the job quicker than estimated, were very neat, and incredibly kind.
