GallettAir's work is absolutely phenomenal! I live in a split ranch and had a central air system installed. From the initial assessment by the owner, Carmine, all the way through the installation and follow-up, their service was second to none. Carmine was thorough, thoughtful and honest. John, Rich, Mike and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I want to give a shoutout to Carmine, the owner of GallettAir. The estimate wasn’t even supposed to be with him — someone else was originally scheduled, but Carmine happened to be at the office that day and ended up taking the assignment himself. What was supposed to be a quick estimate on a new system turned into him spending 4.5 hours at my home going so far above and beyond that I had to leave a review. Once he heard the history of my aging unit and saw I had a leak in the evaporator coil, he offered to see if he could repair it on the spot rather than just push a sale — even though I was hesitant to put more money into an old system.

The night before we were about to host Christmas Eve our heat went out and the pilot light would not stay lit. Youtube could not solve this problem. I remember seeing Gallett Air on Greater Long Island and decided to give them a try. Mike came out that night and fixed it within a half hour. Mike is the man! He explained what he replaced and how the new part will help the furnace work more efficiently. 10/10 recommend this company.
