I had a really great experience with Brian when he installed gas for my stove. We had another plumber leave us in a bad situation and when i called Brian he assured me he could take care of it, and that is what he did. He made sure the town and national grid were all scheduled and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. Brian has all the qualities I am looking for when hiring someone to do work. He is reliable, always on time, communicative and calls in others when he needs the help, and very kind. I will be using Zax plumbing for the rest of my needs because I know everything will be done right. He really is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who asks.
I am writing this review for Zax plumbing. I rarely take the time to write reviews however, Brian was so professional and FAIR that I decided to take the time. I called many plumbers for what I thought was a small job, but I am not a plumber. I had so many ridulous quotes that I almost wanted to try to do it myself, I called Zax plumbing he gave me a fair quote and come within the time he stated. He completed the work and cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely use Brian again, if need be. Thank you Zax plumbing!
