“New to area and found Aaron HVAC through Carrier web site. The inside unit was making a weird gurgling and clicking noise one night, so turned it off and called Aaron in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come at noon same day. Steve the first tech diagnosed that the motor was broken, and recommended replacing just that. However, warranty on motor was just one-year and the Carrier in my new house was around twelve-years old, so given age of system, I actually asked to replaced the entire air handler, which comes with 10-year warranty. The cost was 2.5x vs. just the motor, but I've owned a number of properties and my experience has been that its often cheaper long-term replacing than doing smaller repairs on a unit approaching end-of-life.Put down deposit, and waited for air handler to come in from back order with everything slowed down by Covid. It actually arrived a week early, and John came to install. John came with his apprentice, and both were really professional and also careful with the house. We don't wear shoes inside with a toddler, and John put down drop cloths, which I appreciated. He also explained everything, and was very thorough to test everything both inside and outside. It was raining heavily at times, and the outside heat pump was somewhat hard to access, but he was cheerful and made sure everything worked. Overall, very good experience with Aaron, including the nice lady at the office.Service: Install AC“
