“Recently needed a plumber for a new water heater, called Zax Plumbing, Inc. Brian Zax came to assessthe job, set up date and time to perform the job. Brian, Chris and Tom were right on schedule they removed and installed new water heater and overflow tank. Job was done very neatly I didn't need to do any clean up after they left. I highly recommend Zax Plumbing, Brian is very professional and friendly.“

“Had an appt (or at least I thought so) for my yearly system check . When tech hadn’t shown by early afternoon called & spoke to Michelle . She had a different date on their calendar for my service . When she heard I had taken day off from work & they couldn’t get me for another month based on their & mine availability ..She worked some magic & had a tech to my house within an hour ..great customer service ! “This is our first experience with Perry, we had an emergency pipe that cracked. He was reliable, meticulous, investigated to find the source of the problem, he didn’t just go and cut, and make a Mess. He also explained what he was looking for and walked us through the process. Perry took the time to answer my many questions, and did it with a smile! He fixed our damaged pipe and a couple other things we knew we needed to fix. His prices were fair and honest.
