The team of technicians that came to our house as scheduled to replace our HVAC system were excellent. The air handler was located above the ceiling in the garage and was a very tight space. They took apart the old air handler and brought up the new one in several parts and reassembled it flawlessly. They took apart the condenser and brought the new one through bushes and plantings without injuring anything. They finished the job in a timely manner, and made sure the new system was operating correctly. They reviewed the scheduling of the thermostat before they left. Chris the foreman was especially good at leading his team.
Had to have my hot water tank heater replaced after 9+ years. Once I noticed it was leaking, someone was able to come out the next day to check on it before determining it needed to be replaced. The next available appointment was a week and half out which wasn't ideal but feels like the standard wait time nowadays. When you pay for the monthly service, they give you a $100 credit towards the replacement cost. Better than nothing. 2 guys came out during my appoint (Freddy and Chet) and were very nice and respectable of my home and very knowledgeable too.
