Thomas was great. After messing up my zones trying to install a smart thermostat with a C wire he came and got everything back up and running. Patient, friendly and his labor was more cost effective than four other places I checked. He also gave me valuable advice about things with my boiler and a few other questions I had.

I have dashing Dan's Platinum plan for over a year now. It covers my heating and air conditioning. They have emergency service, and I need something for piece of mind. not having to worry if something breaks down, . Recently my programmable thermostat was acting odd.. I just didn't like the way it was working. so I called Dan's. yes, the thermostat is covered.They (one was a helper) were here with in a short time. My thermostat was inspected thoroughly and yes, it wasn't really working correctly..
