Alex came to my home for a winter check up and he was not only very personable but seemed quite knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me some suggestions for improving the air quality in our home which I am going to review. In the past Tyler visited us and he too was excellent. I feel very comfortable with 5 star and feel they are a trustworthy organization.

Highly recommend Five Star for your HVAC needs. Tom, the owner from Five Star, came out to our house to review the job. We had asked for quotes from 3 different firms, he was the only owner that took the time to meet with us. They were also the only firm to take the time to discuss HVAC options that were eligible for rebates (the other two said there were no rebates available). As we had further questions, Andrew, the VP of Operations, spent about two hours on the phone with us walking through the different considerations to determine the best fit for our home. They are the best!- they helped me when my heating failed. They are reliable and prompt. Tyler has been coming yearly and is very knowledgeable and friendly - very polite gentleman.
