My central AC unit needed to be replaced. I got several estimates. Jim was patient in answering my questions both in-person and via email. The quote was fair. An appointment for installation was scheduled quickly and the technicians were polite, efficient and neat.
I called and Jennifer answered and was amazingly helpful. William came the next day and diagnosed the A/C problem but it was an electrical issue.That was fixed and he came back today and changed the thermostat.Such a nice guy.Highly recommended! Very professionalServices: HVAC system maintenance
Have used Jim @ Cool Solutions for about 10 years. Service is impeccable.
