I had a new ductless system installed in my home by universe. Unbeknownst to me until a month later I was having a condensation leak from the lines in my ceiling where there was a connection made. I was in the middle of a family health crisis. I had a melt down and couldn’t handle dealing with this issue at the time. A leak in my ceiling seemed like the end of the world while dealing with my husband recovering from heart surgery. We do not expect something like this to happen and I was told by Tim that this rarely if ever happens. So unlucky me. As a contrated customer we were contacted by Universe Home Services and told we will be getting a FREE burner inspection. James came to our house and went straight to work. He even put on protective booties to not get anything on our floors. James did a thorough inspection and ended up replacing a few part to bring our burner up to tiptop shape. Cost was ZERO! James was thorough, knowledgable and professional. Universe is a great company and they should be proud to have an employee like James.Thanks Universe!Jim & Janice Michaud
After discovering our one a/c unit was now deficient, we contacted Universe for a new unit. Not only were they punctual when promised, but efficient and personable in all aspects of the operation.
