Very professional company. The office responds very fast and their technicians show up immediately. All issues are resolved asap and with professionalism. It could be major issues but everything is done in an expediated resolved manner. Very reliable company.

They are a great company. They tried everything they could to get my old furnace running. Original to the house installed in 62 or 63. Unfortunately it could not be fixed and I purchased a new boiler and hot water tank at my request. VERY reasonable price! Workers were excellent! If you need heat or AC these are the folks you need to call.

We just moved into our home in January and wanted to make sure our system was working properly reached out to K2 sweetest person that set up the appointment. The owner came with the maintenance individual and they were awesome. They checked out the unit they were 100% honest I knew it was in good condition. They agreed it was in great condition. It just needed a filter change, and one additional part that was making a lot of noise when the AC was on reasonably priced and they even provided me with quotes for split air units that I wanted for the downstairs would highly recommend Really great companyService: HVAC system maintenance
