A truly unique experienceFrom the first initial phone call I knew I was in the right place. With first set up a zoom meeting to do a virtual tour of the space for the installation. I have never done that before with contractors. It was a great way to meet Thomas StackPole for the first time And get a rundown of what to expect. he explained all my options and broke down the details of the unit I was having installed. It is with great pleasure to write this review on Gold Coast Mechanical Inc. We decided to have our Mitsubishi ductless units installed by Gold Coast after we had experienced dealing with a company who was not reputable and dishonest. This deal went really bad after countless delays, botched up the electrical work and waiting almost three months to have the units delivered! I was fed up and at my breaking point and decided to seek a more reputable company that was licensed, professional and permitted to do work where I live.
