“Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. By the close of business Friday, I had my choice of proposals and an appointment for Monday morning. Dan made sure that I understood what was wrong & my options, and even loaned us a space heater for the weekend! Bob, Paul, Andrew, & Robert all were here this morning, and were professional & efficient while doing the work, so I’m now enjoying my newly warm home. I ended up talking with Gabrielle at the office several times, and she was great, too! In fact, everyone at Focus did everything in their power to make the whole experience as positive as possible.“

“We had the entire the heat pump system installed by ComfortWorks and the entire crew under Lou are very professional. They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. 10/15/2025 : Now that the weather is cooler, it's time to let everyone know that we are EXTREMELY happy with the heat the system provides. We have a separate unit installed in the bedroom and we are very impressed with the level of noise ( or to be exact the lack of noise) when it runs. I'll probably will come back to add more comment again after I get the electric bill next month.“

“For the first summer in years, the second floor is cool enough to sleep comfortably. I'd gotten 3 quotes on new air conditioning and went with Price's Plumbing. Chris suggested a separate upstairs arrangement--mini splits--and I sure am glad I tried them. One company was going to put units on the inside wall of each bedroom and go through the exterior wall for each one. Chris managed to put my entire apparatus up in the attic, with a small vent in each ceiling for the cool air to come through. I keep it set at 80, and still it is pleasant upstairs. With the extreme heat so far this summer, this was a wonderful idea, and Chris not only did a masterful job of installing the minisplits--when my main AC quit suddenly, he came out immediately to see what was wrong and fixed the problem, even though I know he was being run ragged with everyone needing AC at once.
