“I rarely take the time to post reviews but when a company has the most amazing customer service as focus does, I must leave one. They fixed an issue about 10 days ago for us. Such a great experience. Honest, neat, and explained everything to me. my husband was working so I needed to explain things to him later. Then yesterday I called regarding a noise we never heard and thought maybe it was related to last week's repair. They were here in 30 minutes, found the issue (not related to first repair) and explained it all again to me so well and off they went. No chanrge, just a smile the whole time. I felt like the moron becausw it was such a simple thing. Thank you focus, from the amazing and cheerful customer service you receive when you call to the amazing service provided.

“Great experience. Very fast service and Tim was extremely patient with all of my questions as I had many! I was torn between trying to finish out the season with my existing system or replacing the entire system now as I knew it would definitely have to be replaced before next summer. I decided to replace it now and I’m very happy with that decision. My house has not felt this cool in a couple of years. He completed the job yesterday and has already reached out twice to make sure I’m happy with how it’s working! Will definitely stick with him for any future servicing needs.“

“We had Ziggy put in a mini split unit when we did an additional on our house a couple years ago and we were so impressed with how thorough he is, his integrity, and professionalism. I contacted him early last week to see about putting one in our bedroom, our bedroom is always extremely hot or extremely cold. My wife got tired of using a window unit. I also dropped said window unit out the window a few weeks ago when we were having our windows replaced. Therefore, it was time to do something, and my wife refused to buy another in it. I contacted Ziggy Also got a few quotes from some other basis. His “least 50% lower than two other companies, plus he will start the work right away. Fast forward to a week later from the time I contacted him and the job is done. He was able to do a bit yesterday and now we just wait for the electrician to come tomorrow to the unit. Price point was excellent, working with has been the best part. He has always honest, shows up when he says he will, And you never have to wait long for him to call you back or Respond to a message. Seriously, if you need any HVAC work done in South Jersey, he has the old phone number you should be calling. Thanks for everything, buddy.“
