When the AC went down for my business I call Professor Gatsby. I had been working on getting an estimate for replacing my heater and possibly AC though the PSE&G/NJGW Rebate programs.
The Service Technician Sean came as scheduled and quickly diagnosed my problem. A part needed to be ordered, which fortunately came in the next day. Sean returned and completed the repair.

What a top notch company! Every tech that has been to our house has been exceptional, professionally and personally. Shawn came today (a Sunday) after we waited a week to call, not wanting to bother them during what must be such a busy time for them. So glad we did! Our AC stopped working and Gatsby's had someone here the next day. Their technician Dominic was friendly and respectful. He found the problem immediately and it was fixed. I added their maintenance plan and hope to see Dominic again as my maintenance technician.
