The 55 year old HVAC needed major updating.Finding a good HVAC company is difficult. I interviewed several before finding Comfortworks. I wanted a dual zone heat pump, but most contractors did not have the technical capability (or willingness) to do the job.Lou designed a Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat Dual Fuel multi-zone system that also included necessary changes to the existing duct work.Mason made sure appropriate supplies/returns were added or removed to achieve airflow balance. He installed new ducting where needed and insulation wrapped. He also did a killer job running necessary conduit up the side of my house to operate the second floor system. It seriously looks like an architectural feature as it follows the chimney stack and roofline of the house. Great work!Jared came in and fine tuned the system and did quality assurance checks. He provided an overview of maintenance and operation.Lauren is asset to the organization. She makes sure the trains run on time. Eric came to try to help, and he went above and beyond; helping with much more than HVAC. I wish everyone I've tried to work with was half this great. He's helped us in so many ways, a true saint. She was so polite and professional. She made the financing part so easy. She helped complete the application process. The men who came to install the system, Kyle, Kevin, and Roger were excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up very thoroughly and Kevin explained the whole system and using the new thermostat which was excellent since I never had a heat pump before. He came out two weeks earlier and diagnosed it was an issue with the four-year-old Kohler faucet that had a lifetime warranty. He suggested that Kohler needed to send a completely new faucet due to the electronics of the existing faucet possibly being damaged. Kohler supplied a new faucet under their warranty.“

“Just had a Noritz Combi Boiler installed today. The 3 men, who came promptly at 8:00AM as scheduled, stayed until 6:15PM to finish the job. They all were extremely competent, friendly and pleasant to be around. They left my place cleaner than when they arrived and took away my old boiler and hot water heater. John's AC & Heat is lucky to have such dedicated employees. Thanks Josh, Bruce and Mason. The office personnel, Carrie and Amanda, who prepared all the paperwork for getting me rebates, and the 84 month PSE&G interest free loan where outstanding. “I called Andy and he responded and asked me for my address. He was really close by and he and his son came quickly and repaired the issue we had in our crawl space which was a loose nut on one of the shower pipes and also the AC drain line was clogged and that was fixed and then connected to the sump pump in our crawl space.
