Just had a new hot water heater replaced and very satisfied. Best company to deal with, Jack went above and beyond with all the safety needed. I highly recommend this company and thanked my neighbor for recommending them. I will have them replace my heater and air conditioner when needed .
Our previous water heater reached the 12 year mark, and like clockwork, it failed. We scheduled an appointment to assess the state of the water heater and replace (if needed). Jack was dispatched to our home the same day. He gave us the grave news , and devised a plan for water heater replacement. He snapped a few photos, gave us a quote on the spot, and placed us on the schedule. This morning Jack arrived promptly, and began the removal and installation process. A "one man army" if you will. Within a few hours the new water heater with Moen Flow valve was installed. The work place was tidy and clean, and off he went. Overall an excellent experience.
