Alton came to our home on a cold, Saturday evening. We lost heat during the night before, and as the sun set once again, the house became even chillier. Alton quickly assessed the problem and set to work to restore heat to our home. He was professional, informative, and compassionate. We have a great service plan with Vaughan for yearly maintenance. It came in handy when the heater was having trouble on some cold days recently. They worked tirelessly to make sure the problem was fully repaired. Very available, reliable, and responsive company.
